No dance experience is required. All sessions are instructor-led and designed to be approachable for all skill levels.

A class-style session focuses on learning choreography in a fitness-style setting for 60 minutes. A Divas Night Out format runs about 90 minutes and combines guided choreography with a more social, night-out atmosphere.

Heels are optional. Some themes are designed for heels, but participants are welcome to dance without them.

Yes. Groups can select from available themes and choose the experience that best fits their event.

Yes. Choreography is designed to be fun, engaging, and accessible for beginners.

Yes. Participants may dance in heels, sneakers, or other comfortable footwear depending on the theme.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Fitness attire is recommended for class-style sessions, while themed or night-out attire works well for social party formats.

Yes. Sneakers are recommended for non-heels classes, and barefoot participation is allowed depending on the theme.

Adult dance parties are great for birthdays, bachelorette celebrations, girlsā€™ nights, team events, and group outings.

Yes. A minimum of 7 participants is required to book but coordinator can still pay for difference if less than 7 attendees. The maximum group size is 30 participants, depending on room availability and setup.

Booking at least two to three weeks in advance is recommended to ensure availability, especially for larger groups.
