Our Story
From an early age, founder Lisa believed dance had the power to build confidence, self-esteem, and opportunity. As a single mother at 17, she wanted her daughter to experience those same benefits but struggled to find affordable dance classes. After building a successful dance studio, she never forgot those challenges and created Project SMASH to help make dance, education, and fitness accessible to others facing similar obstacles.
Our Vision
Empowering communities by fostering happy, healthy, and productive lives. We provide underprivileged children, at-risk youth, and women in recovery with access to dance, fitness, education, food distribution, and creative opportunities throughout San Antonio and Las Vegas.

Dance to Heal
We partner with children’s homes and recovery facilities to provide dance and fitness programs that promote healing, build confidence, encourage healthy lifestyles, and support personal growth through movement.
SMASH Kosmic
Our K-pop performance team develops dance technique, leadership, teamwork, and confidence while performing throughout the community and inspiring youth through creativity, service, and personal growth.
Dance Scholarships
We provide need-based scholarships that make dance education accessible to children and families, ensuring financial barriers never prevent students from discovering their talents and reaching their potential.
Stock Playground
This Las Vegas program combines dance and financial literacy to teach youth practical money management skills while encouraging confidence, leadership, teamwork, and lifelong learning.
Food Distribution
Project SMASH is proud to partner with the San Antonio Food Bank to help provide nutritious food to individuals and families throughout our community. Through regularly scheduled food distribution events, we work alongside dedicated volunteers to help ensure local residents have access to essential groceries and resources. These events reflect our commitment to strengthening communities by supporting the health and well-being of the families we serve.
